What we are is often seen as a function of what we think, what we say, what we do.....how we see the world.

For Fran, this takes the form of his baseball card collection. It spans 5 decades and is a reflection of his appreciation of the past, present and future. This is not a collection built by purchasing entire sets or only the most expensive or well-known. This is a collection built one card and one pack at a time...and still growing. The card shown here will take you to pictures of the cards he chose as best representing himself, as well as his collection. In case you are wondering, the Mickey Mantle's are in the safe deposit box.

I see the world through the lens of my camera. Specifically, a Pentax Program Plus, with my favorite lens being a 35mm-85mm zoom lens. That is what most of the pictures were taken with, though there are a few taken a 200mm and 2x converter. This photograph is a link to my little gallery here, a sampling. A more complete collection of my work is located on a separate web site, also called The Gallery. You will need to use your browser's back button or the link on that web site to return here.
