When asked if I am a good photographer, I offer these photos and let the viewer decide. At any rate, they are indicative of my view of the places I've been and things I've seen. The following pages include a thumbnail of the photgraphs as well as a description of the time, place and circumstances. I've tried to put them in some kind of reasonable groupings and spread them out over a number of pages to keep the time it takes to load the pages to a minimum. I would not be surprised, though, if the groupings change occasionally. The photos themselves are in .jpg format.

Views And Vistas
These are photographs of a scenic nature, for the most part. Included are photographs from Delaware,New York, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. They are arranged by in alphabetical order by state

Patterns And Perspectives
Sometimes a particular arrangement catches my eye. A wooden fence, a waterfall, the flow of the ocean on a winter beach......these often present, to me at least, an interesting pattern of lines, textures, light and shadow. These photographs were taken in Delaware, Maryland,New Jersey, New York, Virginia and West Virginia; and are arranged in alphabetical order by state.

Flora And Fauna
Being an amateur birder and all-around nature lover, I am continually trying to get nice photographs of birds, animals, flowers, etc. It's a lot harder than you may think! These are from New Jersey and West Virginia.

Caught In The Act
These are my "people" photographs. There are not too many of them as I am not one who can stick a camera in someone's face and say "Smile!". I prefer to take pictures of subjects doing, being, living and unaware that they are being photographed.

Snapshots
Okay, okay...this is where I pull out the pictures of kids, pets, the house, relatives, etc., and those that I think are...well....strange, weird or funny.
